The second killer clue is located south of Valentine, positioned directly between Citadel Rock and Caster's Ridge. As Arthur Morgan travels along the main road heading north toward the area, a subtle trail of blood appears along the side of the path. Following this gory trail leads players directly under a elevated section of train tracks where the victim is displayed.

Extracting the Second Map Piece

Upon arriving at the railway bridge, players will notice a disturbed crime scene marked by dismembered remains. Searching near the left side of the structure reveals a severed head resting nearby on a post or rock. Interacting with the head allows Arthur to pull out the second piece of the serial killer's map.
